    Presented is an antique, 14 karat gold and natural diamond gemstone wedding or engagement ring made in America during the late 1700s or the first quarter of the 1800s. This ring has a yellow gold band and the silver mounting at the top is securely prong set with an old, mine cut diamond. The stone is approximately 5.9 millimeters in diameter and is at least 90 points or almost 1 carat (the stone has a very high table). The diamond is SI-2 clarity and G color. The ring is a size 7.5 and can be resized by a professional jeweler.
